I’ve been a regular at Willow and Wren for around 4 years now and have always had Alex as my hair stylist. Alex has a remarkable talent for styling Middle Eastern hair and has consistently catered to my whimsical nature, never failing to astound me with their expertise in colouring. Over the past 4 years, I have experimented with my hair colour a minimum of 5 times - transitioning from deep brunette, cool-toned brown, silver with hints of purple, vibrant pink, to fiery copper red with mahogany undertones. Each transformation has left me in awe, showcasing Alex's exceptional skills. Alex is not only a skilled professional but also a delightful conversationalist, always managing to evoke genuine laughter from me! I must also give a shoutout to Olivia who crafts the most exquisite teas and intuitively knows my preferences. I took my dad along, who had been contemplating a small tattoo on his wrist but kept postponing the decision.
As we strolled past the parlour, I encouraged him to seize the moment, not overthink it, and kickstart his tattoo journey then and there.
Following a pleasant conversation with the skilled staff at the reception, my dad finally had his tattoo inked. I am truly delighted for him and grateful to the parlour for accommodating us without an appointment, promptly completing the tattoo.
