1st time visiting Manor Spa. Reception staff were lovely, very accommodating, although we had to wait a bit for our session to start due to delays, they made sure we were comfortable in the waiting area. I had booked couples massage for me and my sister as a birthday treat and we were taken to the couples room which was beautifully lit up with candles and the ambience was great. We had booked the Thai hot oil massage which was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep, there were some parts which weren't as relaxing but that it because I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders but I'm grateful he paid extra attention to release the tension. All in all a great massage, good service and worth the money! Will be visiting again 👍About

Both barbers at this salon have exceptional skills in hair cutting. I highly recommend them. The first barber I went to left me disappointed as the haircuts didn't even have a fade. However, when I switched to the barber at this salon, I was truly amazed. My appointment for a haircut was a bit of a letdown at this place. I had booked in advance but it appears that punctuality isn't their strong suit. The stylist I was scheduled with arrived nearly half an hour late, and the haircut and styling took a whopping one and a half hours. This delay caused me to be almost an hour late for my next commitment. To add to the frustration, I was charged £45 despite not even receiving a hair wash, whereas the initial quote was £38. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the hairstylists seemed unsure, and there was a visible lack of clarity between them and the owner. It seems like the pricing is ad hoc rather than following a fixed rate as advertised.About

After reading other reviews, I feel disheartened because the ladies who have massaged me have always been exceptionally kind, compassionate, and truly skilled in Chinese massage techniques. The massages are vigorous, akin to sports massages, which I find quite enjoyable. I have always felt at ease here and have not observed any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. She offered to reimburse me £30 so I could seek another practitioner (bearing in mind I had paid her £130). She requested proof of payment, which I provided, then declined to refund me!!! NOT RECOMMENDED! Furthermore, she has sent me threatening messages.About

Despite the option to seek another salon, I wouldn't consider it. Kuldip's meticulous service during my initial visit was exceptional. Formerly accustomed to caci facials, I am now a devoted fan of the Guinot hydradermie by Kuldip. Also, adore your dog and the array of sweets at the reception. Many thanks, Kuldip.
