My appointment for a haircut was a bit of a letdown at this place. I had booked in advance but it appears that punctuality isn't their strong suit. The stylist I was scheduled with arrived nearly half an hour late, and the haircut and styling took a whopping one and a half hours. This delay caused me to be almost an hour late for my next commitment. To add to the frustration, I was charged £45 despite not even receiving a hair wash, whereas the initial quote was £38. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the hairstylists seemed unsure, and there was a visible lack of clarity between them and the owner. It seems like the pricing is ad hoc rather than following a fixed rate as advertised.About

The physician took time to explain the procedure, ensuring I grasped the risks and benefits. Despite my tearful state due to low iron, Nurse Alex and the physician were exceptional. They went the extra mile to keep me calm, with Nurse Alex even holding my hand throughout. Their efforts to make me at ease were outstanding, and I appreciate the positive experience.
