I must express my disappointment with my recent visit to the spa. While I have enjoyed wonderful treatments and interactions with friendly staff in the past, this time was subpar. The therapist seemed rushed and missed parts of the treatment, which I noticed as I had previously experienced the same package in a much more satisfying manner. Despite sharing my concerns with the manager, I felt unheard and disbelieved. Last week, I had my (quirky!) bridal nail treatment by Nique, and I was truly impressed by her skill, meticulousness, and kindness throughout the session! The entire process was incredibly thorough (my cuticles have never looked better!) and thoroughly enjoyable - the salon exudes a fantastic aesthetic vibe.
