I underwent a Guinot Hydradermie facial by Kuldip, but alas, my subsequent appointment got cancelled owing to an accident she had. My rescheduled session is set for May. Despite the option to seek another salon, I wouldn't consider it. Kuldip's meticulous service during my initial visit was exceptional. Formerly accustomed to caci facials, I am now a devoted fan of the Guinot hydradermie by Kuldip. Also, adore your dog and the array of sweets at the reception. Many thanks, Kuldip. I must express my disappointment with my recent visit to the spa. While I have enjoyed wonderful treatments and interactions with friendly staff in the past, this time was subpar. The therapist seemed rushed and missed parts of the treatment, which I noticed as I had previously experienced the same package in a much more satisfying manner. Despite sharing my concerns with the manager, I felt unheard and disbelieved.
