I was attended to by a gentleman named Oliver Reynolds, who immediately put me at ease with his professional and reassuring manner. Suffering from a persistent knee injury, I had been struggling to walk comfortably for weeks. However, after just one session with Oliver, I experienced a remarkable improvement. I can now move with ease and, most importantly, without the sharp pain that had been plaguing me. Despite having visited other physiotherapists in the past, I can confidently say that Oliver's expertise and passion for his work truly set him apart. Outstanding service once again from the crew at Nails of England. I've visited these folks a few times now and every time I walk out impressed. Despite my woefully short nails, they manage to apply acrylic nails flawlessly, making them look absolutely stunning. The pedicures are just as top-notch, and the staff is incredibly attentive. I even brought my young son here for a manicure as I like to spoil him during school breaks, and once again, they catered to his every wish with precision. The physician took time to explain the procedure, ensuring I grasped the risks and benefits. Despite my tearful state due to low iron, Nurse Alex and the physician were exceptional. They went the extra mile to keep me calm, with Nurse Alex even holding my hand throughout. Their efforts to make me at ease were outstanding, and I appreciate the positive experience. This delay caused me to be almost an hour late for my next commitment. To add to the frustration, I was charged £45 despite not even receiving a hair wash, whereas the initial quote was £38. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the hairstylists seemed unsure, and there was a visible lack of clarity between them and the owner.
