It was my debut experience getting both a hair colour and cut, so I was initially a tad apprehensive. Nonetheless, Dylan was exceedingly amiable and guided me through each part of the process. I underwent a Guinot Hydradermie facial by Kuldip, but alas, my subsequent appointment got cancelled owing to an accident she had. My rescheduled session is set for May. Despite the option to seek another salon, I wouldn't consider it. Kuldip's meticulous service during my initial visit was exceptional. Formerly accustomed to caci facials, I am now a devoted fan of the Guinot hydradermie by Kuldip. Also, adore your dog and the array of sweets at the reception. Many thanks, Kuldip. Hanan has a wonderful personality; she made me feel incredibly welcome and was extremely thorough during the hamman. The experience was not hurried at all, and I felt absolutely fantastic afterwards. I must express my disappointment with my recent visit to the spa. While I have enjoyed wonderful treatments and interactions with friendly staff in the past, this time was subpar. The therapist seemed rushed and missed parts of the treatment, which I noticed as I had previously experienced the same package in a much more satisfying manner. Despite sharing my concerns with the manager, I felt unheard and disbelieved.
