My appointment for a haircut was a bit of a letdown at this place. I had booked in advance but it appears that punctuality isn't their strong suit. The stylist I was scheduled with arrived nearly half an hour late, and the haircut and styling took a whopping one and a half hours. This delay caused me to be almost an hour late for my next commitment. To add to the frustration, I was charged £45 despite not even receiving a hair wash, whereas the initial quote was £38. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the hairstylists seemed unsure, and there was a visible lack of clarity between them and the owner. It seems like the pricing is ad hoc rather than following a fixed rate as advertised.About

The treatment room for the deep tissue massage was serene and cozy with a wonderfully heated bed, the massage was thorough, expertly executed, and I felt every detail was considered. My pedicurist was Ferzana, and she was charming. The pedicure was top-notch, and Ferzana truly listened to my preferences, offered great advice, and was so amiable.
