I had filler done by Damien, despite having had filler in the past, he went through the procedure thoroughly and I picked up new tips! My previous spot (a well-known large clinic in Manchester) took 3 tries to get it right due to my deep lines, Damien nailed it on the first attempt! Very impressed!! My experience at this establishment was extremely unpleasant. The hairdresser openly admitted to being hungover, which I found highly unprofessional, especially with children present. There was also an individual near the entrance who seemed to be acting as a security guard, adding to the unprofessional atmosphere.
The hairdresser's behaviour was unacceptable. After a long wait, she informed me that she was unable to style my hair due to being intoxicated and refused to work on my beard, without offering any apologies. This made the place feel very unsafe.
