Rushed and rough handling of nails. Felt like I was being paid, not the other way around. Departed feeling verbally mistreated and swindled. They must comprehend that payment is for a service that should be delivered. **Impressive service!** During my stay in Blackpool for an event, I decided last minute that a haircut was in order. After calling several salons in the area in hopes of a same-day appointment on a Saturday, I was fortunate to find Danielle's salon and get squeezed in within the hour. The salon and staff left a positive impression on me as I waited, and I was not disappointed when it was my turn. Megan, a delightful stylist, understood my vision perfectly. She cut, dried, and styled my hair flawlessly, showing great care and attention to detail throughout. If only I lived closer, I would definitely be a regular customer. I was really disappointed with the service as I didn't receive it! I had booked my appointment over a week in advance to ensure I could get a wax in time for my holiday. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had been trying to reach me on a number that wasn't even mine. There was a clear miscommunication between the therapist and the receptionist. Furthermore, I was told that my skin was too sensitive just by a glance, which I found hard to believe. I had come for a Hollywood wax but didn't even get that! When I asked if she could do my legs or armpits, the answer was a flat "no". It's frustrating when my skin is not actually sensitive, and other professionals in the industry have not made such assumptions just by looking at me. It was a complete waste of time, and now I have to go on holiday for two weeks without a wax!
