I have had the pleasure of getting my lashes done by Emma multiple times, and each time they have been absolutely flawless. She is the only technician who manages to apply them in a way that doesn't irritate my eyes. Recently, I decided to try out microblading for my eyebrows with Emma, and I am beyond thrilled with the results! I haven't had to touch a brow pencil since. Gabriella is an incredibly skilled and kind individual; consistently punctual, well-prepared, and attentive. The impact of the massage is truly remarkable, particularly after a challenging week. If I could award zero stars, I definitely would. My partner and I were left stranded when our dentist, Amelia Lucas, departed. We were assured that we would be notified once an NHS dentist joined the practice. After a prolonged wait, we decided to book a private appointment. To our surprise, an NHS slot miraculously became available, which we eagerly accepted. However, it turned out to be a mistake on their end, as we received a call on the day of the appointment citing 'technical issues' and canceling it. Another appointment was scheduled for two months later, which we reluctantly agreed to. Yet again, the night before the appointment, we received a call canceling it with another flimsy excuse.
