Your 'aftercare' advice was simply to avoid makeup for 24 hours, hardly comprehensive. Every salon I've visited provides a mirror to show the treatment results, which you failed to do. Denying the deep scratch marks and blood on my face is dishonest. The lack of apology and unprofessional response are disappointing. The gentleman here, Jack, is so nice, courteous and does a thorough job of making me feel like I'm floating on cloud 9 again. I have a 1hr deep tissue massage, in which I like a very strong pressure. Jack always asks to make sure the pressure is ok for me. He also works extra on my tight knotted areas too.
