Visited for a hair colour change and ended up with a rainbow, which I didn't like. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she became rude, claiming to be a professional. Now I have three different colours in my hair, and to top it off, I left with wet hair because the promised finish time was not met, making me very late for work. Your 'aftercare' advice was simply to avoid makeup for 24 hours, hardly comprehensive. Every salon I've visited provides a mirror to show the treatment results, which you failed to do. Denying the deep scratch marks and blood on my face is dishonest. The lack of apology and unprofessional response are disappointing.
