The lady on duty did not offer to reschedule the appointment or inform us beforehand about the staffing problem, resulting in us not being attended to. Your 'aftercare' advice was simply to avoid makeup for 24 hours, hardly comprehensive. Every salon I've visited provides a mirror to show the treatment results, which you failed to do. Denying the deep scratch marks and blood on my face is dishonest. The lack of apology and unprofessional response are disappointing. No problems with the patch test and had the brow lamination a few days later. All I can say is I wish I had done this sooner! I tried a Hollywood waxing which I've been getting for about a year now at a different salon, and I've been waxing for the last 10 years in total. I came as a first-time customer to try somewhere closer to home but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I have been left with bruising and burning irritation where the strips have been pulled off and the skin hasn’t been held properly, and the wax has been too warm. I thoroughly recommend this lovely Thai spa in Harwood. As a Women's Health & Wellbeing provider, I'm quite particular who I use for my massages. The gentleman here, Jack, is so nice, courteous and does a thorough job of making me feel like I'm floating on cloud 9 again. I have a 1hr deep tissue massage, in which I like a very strong pressure. Jack always asks to make sure the pressure is ok for me. He also works extra on my tight knotted areas too.
