Barbie has recently carried out a tragus and helix piercing for me. Encountered some issues with the healing process, but she welcomed me back and provided me with longer bars and advice. The studio exudes a super friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Absolutely dreadful service. Went to pick up a prescription, only to be informed that some items were out of stock (2 items). Upon returning home, I discovered that other items were missing, as I checked my repeat prescription page and saw that all items had been approved by the doctor. I tried calling for 10 minutes with no answer, so I had to drive the 2 miles back to the pharmacy. Upon arrival, I had to wait behind a gentleman who knew the assistant and engaged in a leisurely chat while she served him slowly. When I mentioned that I had been trying to call for 10 minutes, her response was that they were extremely busy. However, it was evident that she had time to chat with a previous customer while three of us waited in line. Eventually, I received the items I was initially told were unavailable. Shocking service - needless to say, I will not be using their services again. I have visited this salon a total of 3-4 times. The first experience was satisfactory, but subsequent visits were disappointing. The removal of Shellac was not done properly, leading to damage to my nails. On the next visit, the technician had to redo the removal properly, feigning surprise that her colleague had not done a good job. Additionally, the manicures and pedicures lacked proper cleaning and cuticle care; they were rushed without any massage or moisturising cream, unlike other salons. My last visit was particularly unpleasant; it seemed as though the staff were irritated at having to do their job. The pedicure was hastily done, with no effort made to clean the skin around the toenails despite my specific request. Furthermore, I was never able to choose the nail colour I wanted, as they claimed to lack regular nail polish and only offered gel options. This seems absurd for a nail salon. Additionally, gel and Shellac treatments were applied without my consent, resulting in me having to point it out, especially since I had booked online. I was also overcharged by £5 on my card. Other salons typically offer tea or water and exude kindness and warmth.
