Esme Patel was very easy to talk to and someone who could easily become a friend. She was thoroughly professional and made sure I got the full half hour treatment. She monitored my pain threshold throughout the treatment, making sure it remained tolerable. Sadly, the treatment made little difference and she's referred me back to the GP. This has no reflection of her skills as we both agreed that surgery at some point isn't outside the realms of possibility. Received a birthday gift voucher and had a fantastic time! Elda was exceptional! Created a relaxing atmosphere and provided an excellent massage. The salon's ambiance is peaceful and inviting. Absolutely appalled by the rudeness I experienced! I've been a loyal customer for years but after taking a short break and encountering all new staff, the man who attended to me was incredibly rude. He was huffing, puffing, and handling my hand aggressively. Truly shocked by the unprofessional behaviour!
