I have been visiting Harper Nails for gel nails between September 2017 and January 2018. Initially, my nails were crystal clear and stunning. However, after three months, I noticed some nails appearing peculiar with white circular lines and pink hues underneath. I brought this up with the owner, but she didn't provide a satisfactory explanation. Greetings all - I have been a devoted patron of the Beauty Oasis for a few years now, but my last two visits, especially the most recent one, have left me utterly dissatisfied. I requested a FIFI and the outcome was truly dreadful - it was painful and the appearance afterward was unappealing - I will attempt to find a way to share images here. It is disheartening to witness the Beauty Oasis, which I have frequented for so long and adored, plummet in service quality so rapidly! Given this, I would certainly exercise caution in visiting the Salisbury salon as they retain the same personnel. Regrettably, following my ordeal, I will not be returning there again and had to seek assistance from another (far superior salon named Emily's Beauty Haven in Salisbury - which provided exceptional service at reasonable rates) to rectify the damage. Apologies, Beauty Oasis, you used to be my top choice, I would love to exhibit the poor quality job my nails received, yet I am thankful that I could have it repaired elsewhere (having paid you and then having to pay the salon that had to fix your mistake - and they were genuinely shocked at how abysmal the manicure truly was). It is not about the money - I ended up paying twice for the same service - it is about the standard of service. I feel disappointed. Upon my initial visit to the salon, I am genuinely delighted with my experience. The reception was warm and friendly, and I am highly content with my hair! Claudia's skills were exceptional! Despite my confusion, she provided the best haircut I have had in years! Additionally, I must mention how much I appreciated her attentiveness, ensuring my comfort especially since I am heavily pregnant! I can confidently say I have found my go-to hairdresser!
