I have been a loyal customer of Rosa's for well over a decade, and I can confidently say that I have always been treated with kindness and received a warm welcome every time I visit. Rosa runs a bustling salon but still manages to focus on her clients with great care. She is upfront and will always give you honest advice on what will look good on you. The salon itself is stunning, the staff are incredibly skilled and friendly, and Rosa's service and hospitality are exceptional. She is dedicated to her customers and treats everyone with genuine care. I have tried other salons in between over the years, but I have always regretted it and will continue to visit Rosa's no matter where I am in the country. I have a fear of needles, and even though my mate was there to hold my hand, Tila made me feel incredibly comfortable by explaining her actions and ensuring me she would be gentle throughout the treatment, which she was.
