Well what can I say! Wow wow and wow! In the last week I’ve been able to experience 3 of the staff getting my ears all glammed up. It’s a thumbs up from me….. it’s feels super consultative and all of the staff are super passionate about piercing. It’s clear they follow health and safety protocols which for me is a biggy! Each time I had a new piercing done the person doing it was as excited as me by the results which shows how much they care about customer satisfaction. I’m a big whimp with needles and each piercings was pretty painless and omg the jewellery is stunning! Guys and girls if your contemplating using these guys bloody run don’t walk!!!! My 16 yo son had his hair coloured here a week ago. George graciously accommodated us at short notice to rectify a poorly executed colouring job from another salon. We had a consultation with George first, she displayed great empathy towards the situation and exuded confidence in rectifying it. She greatly reassured my son. We are both extremely pleased with the result; George is very amiable and exceptionally skilled, and I wholeheartedly recommend her. Absolutely marvellous! Stepped in with my 4-year-old daughter to a warm, inviting environment which is a stark contrast to many hair salons these days. They were incredibly patient with my daughter and gave her a fantastic hairstyle!
