Stepped into Inkredible Tattoo feeling let down by another studio, and it was a game-changer. Nervous for my first tattoo, the staff were incredible - kind, funny, and chill, putting me at ease. Alex welcomed my ideas, suggested some great ones, but ensured the design was mine. Lucky to snag a walk-in, at a super reasonable price (half of what another place quoted). Each step was explained, left feeling confident and cared for. Today was my premier massage with Mali Touch and I must say it was one of the finest massages I have ever experienced. I've visited spas and hotels before, but none have compared to the massage I received today. The room was delightful, cozy, and inviting, and Joy was so amiable. I opted for a deep tissue massage and I feel fantastic. Joy is highly skilled at her craft. Although they didn't have the exact shade I desired, Olivia went above and beyond to create a custom colour for me.
