Well what can I say! Wow wow and wow! In the last week I’ve been able to experience 3 of the staff getting my ears all glammed up. It’s a thumbs up from me….. it’s feels super consultative and all of the staff are super passionate about piercing. It’s clear they follow health and safety protocols which for me is a biggy! Each time I had a new piercing done the person doing it was as excited as me by the results which shows how much they care about customer satisfaction. I’m a big whimp with needles and each piercings was pretty painless and omg the jewellery is stunning! Guys and girls if your contemplating using these guys bloody run don’t walk!!!! Our appointments were with Tia, who was an absolute delight. Incredibly friendly and engaging, she immediately made us feel at ease. Tia patiently explained everything to this newcomer to gel nails and facials, answering all my queries without hesitation.
I'm absolutely thrilled with my nails; the array of colours to choose from was a lovely touch. The facial was incredibly soothing - any longer than 25 minutes, and I would have drifted off into dreamland. My skin felt as smooth as silk afterward, radiating a healthy glow. The next day, I even received compliments on my radiant complexion.
