I took my disabled mum (Parkinson’s disease) here for a restyle and blow dry and the staff were friendly, supportive, empathetic and provided outstanding service from booking, all through to the end. Lovely professional but relaxed salon, all on one level making it ideal for wheelchair users. Top cut and blow dry by Sareeta. I was quite nervous as I don't often get anything like that done. Imogen was great and explained every step.
She was so friendly and informative, she gave lots of tips about products that might be good for my skin etc.

It was alright. Frustrated as the gel nail polish is peeling off after just three days. Did my own nails. Despite a beautiful setting and cleanliness, I won't return.

Both me and my daughter have always frequented this salon and appreciate the convenience of being able to walk in. During my last visit, I requested the usual cut and blow dry, only to be informed after my hair was washed that they no longer offer blow drying. Instead, they now partially dry the hair and use straighteners, citing a directive from new management to save time and electricity costs. I find this change to be misleading, as the prices still advertise a cut and blow dry. Every time I go for a trim at M&M spa the result is always fantastic. It's a challenge for me to find a stylist who can handle my hair type as I have afro hair with tight curls, but Marcus has clearly worked with a variety of hair textures and takes great care of it. The proprietor is an incredibly charming gentleman. I experienced a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was truly exceptional, one of the finest I've had. My feet felt so relaxed that I hesitated to touch the floor. I showed them the design I desired for the full set. Their attention to detail was remarkable. Excellent customer service.
