I visited this salon as my regular waxing technician was fully booked. In hindsight, I should have waited. The waxing process was quick and the technician was friendly, however, she arrived 20 minutes late without offering an explanation or an apology. I noticed that she repeatedly dipped the same spatula into a large pot of wax, even after I had some bleeding. This raised concerns about hygiene as the same spatula could have been used on multiple clients. Additionally, I was unsure about the use of strips for sugar waxing as it left more broken hairs than my usual experience. My skin also felt more irritated than usual, possibly due to the wax being microwaved and applied too hot. The overall atmosphere of the salon was not particularly warm or relaxing. While the experience wasn't terrible, I found it somewhat unprofessional, especially regarding hygiene practices. Samir was absolutely amazing during my wedding prep. My hair was perfect he used my natural texture to create the hair style I dreamed of but couldn't verbalise. All I told him was up and a bit down, great instructions but what he created was amazing and lasted all day and night. My mother and bridesmaids hair fitted with mine but all slightly different.
