This was my initial visit to ministry of elegance and was flawlessly smooth. I inquired about bringing my new baby along, and they graciously agreed, arranging a ground level room for easy access. My attendant, Angelika, was truly exceptional - incredibly accommodating, unruffled despite some baby cries, and allowing me to tend to the baby's needs when necessary. The process was painless, and she was superb! I've already scheduled another appointment and plan to continue visiting for the foreseeable future. Samir was absolutely amazing during my wedding prep. My hair was perfect he used my natural texture to create the hair style I dreamed of but couldn't verbalise. All I told him was up and a bit down, great instructions but what he created was amazing and lasted all day and night. My mother and bridesmaids hair fitted with mine but all slightly different. He also made my mini bridesmaid feel like a princess. Samir was calm and made the morning go smoothly thank you so much xx

I've had several wonderful encounters with Azthetics. I had previously visited other clinics. I was immediately impressed by the calm and unhurried atmosphere at Azthetics. I attended a complimentary consultation for eyebrow PRP. There was no pressure on me, and my expectations were realistically set. I proceeded with two treatments. Despite the somewhat invasive nature of the procedure, Emily was extremely cautious and professional. She guided me through it completely! I have also had successful glow injections. Administered with great skill and accuracy. The team genuinely cares about your outcome and experience. I would highly recommend the clinic. All healthcare professionals are nurse-led/GP, so you know you are in excellent hands. They even have parking available :)About

I was very let down by this massage experience. I had booked a 'relaxing' massage, but it turned out to be of subpar quality. While the therapist was kind, she lacked expertise. She focused mainly on my ankles, calves, neck, and abdomen, with minimal attention to my back and none to my arms and thighs. The pressure ranged from uncomfortable to too gentle. Despite paying a hefty price of £60 for a 50-minute session, I only received 45 minutes. During payment, I felt pressured to leave a tip due to the presentation of the card machine. Ultimately, I paid £63 for a disappointing 45-minute massage. Very overpriced for the service provided. I visited this salon as my regular waxing technician was fully booked. In hindsight, I should have waited. The waxing process was quick and the technician was friendly, however, she arrived 20 minutes late without offering an explanation or an apology. I noticed that she repeatedly dipped the same spatula into a large pot of wax, even after I had some bleeding. This raised concerns about hygiene as the same spatula could have been used on multiple clients. Additionally, I was unsure about the use of strips for sugar waxing as it left more broken hairs than my usual experience. My skin also felt more irritated than usual, possibly due to the wax being microwaved and applied too hot. The overall atmosphere of the salon was not particularly warm or relaxing. While the experience wasn't terrible, I found it somewhat unprofessional, especially regarding hygiene practices. I had been experiencing discomfort and stiffness in my neck. So I scheduled a session with Alex. They took the time to understand what was happening in my body before beginning. I've had sports massages before and I always described them as painful. Alex explained that massages shouldn't be painful. Perhaps a bit uncomfortable, but not painful.
In the past, massages have felt routine, but with Alex, it felt like they were truly attuned to my body's needs. It was as if they were customizing the massage just for me. After the session, I felt incredibly relaxed and the neck pain had significantly eased. Alex also shared some tips on preventing my neck from stiffening up. I highly recommend Alex.
