It was my first visit to the salon and my first spa treatment in years. The team were very helpful in scheduling my appointment and promptly answered any queries I had via social media. The environment was very welcoming, I felt at ease and was offered a beverage while I waited. It was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the mindfulness elements, the tree and stunning flower Wall. The therapist administering the treatment was very professional. She explained exactly what would happen and what prep I needed to do. She made me feel calm and relaxed as I can find these treatments a bit daunting. I had plenty of options in terms of the treatment and the end result was fabulous. No detail was overlooked and the outcome was a lovely hue. I would definitely recommend and return.
