Kat is extremely friendly, empathetic and attentive to your requirements. She is exceptionally professional, she visited my sunroom and set up as if it were a spa. I opted for deep tissue and described my concerns. She recommended the exact type of massage, duration and pressure. I've had massages throughout my life, particularly living in Thailand, but I was amazed. She truly excels in deep tissue, which I find rare. She followed the movement of my muscles and released a lot of tension. For the first time in months, I could turn my neck and back to look over my shoulder. I cannot praise her enough. Book Kat. Exceptional and welcoming service! Lauren possesses extensive expertise and a deep understanding of eyebrows.
The initial consultation was outstanding, as we explored various options to determine the best approach for my unique brows.
During the treatment session, she experimented with a few shapes to ensure my complete satisfaction, and we discussed the most suitable brow shade. The results were flawless, boasting a natural shape and colour.
I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for permanent brows!

Somewhat basic pedicure - not particularly soothing and limited selection of nail polish; regrettably, no white shade available.
No base coat was applied, which may be why the colour hasn't lasted. I had to request the girl to remove my old polish. Unfortunately, I don't know her name as we weren't formally introduced.
My spa session was shortened to 50 minutes, presumably because the girl wanted to leave, even though I was, naturally, billed for the full hour.

I have had the pleasure of availing Sandy's services on a couple of occasions recently, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. Her talent is genuine and remarkable. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to see her again. If you are contemplating booking an appointment with her, I urge you to do so without hesitation. I've recently had 2 separate sessions for laser hair removal and tattoo removal at the amazing Identity Plus clinic on Clarendon Road, Broadstone and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! The skilled aesthetic practitioner Alex is not only extremely professional but also incredibly warm and friendly. I felt instantly reassured by them and was quickly made to feel at home with a cup of tea. Any concerns I had about the laser treatment were quickly dispelled as Alex conducted the treatment so gently that I could hardly feel a thing, almost making me want it to continue. The experience was so relaxing that I could have easily dozed off, with some light-hearted moments shared between us. My offspring had her initial sugaring treatment at this salon a few weeks back and was thrilled with the outcome. After visiting several salons in the vicinity, she found the sugaring here to be much more effective for the bikini line and at a more reasonable price. The staff were friendly, approachable, and thorough. Having had a few unpleasant and painful waxing experiences elsewhere, she felt that she was paying for the staff's expertise and skill rather than just the fancy surroundings. She's now scheduled for eyelash and eyebrow tinting and plans to book additional treatments before her holiday. This salon is certainly worth a visit; word of mouth is the most reliable form of advertisement. With ample parking, experienced staff, and a welcoming atmosphere, it offers excellent value for money.
