I would not personally suggest visiting this hair salon. Stama is composed, but the other individual working there is not. On my return visit, he was complaining, saying I should not apply hair cream before coming in and so on. I followed his advice and it was fine, but on my most recent visit, he accused me of using hair cream before coming in, which I did not. Another customer even confirmed that I had not applied any cream, as my hair would have appeared greasy. He then refused to style my hair, insisting that I wash out the supposed cream before he would proceed. I have experienced some truly beneficial Healing sessions here on more than one occasion. Upon entering the treatment room, the first thing that struck me was the delightful essential oil scents, creating a warm, soothing atmosphere. Monica was incredibly understanding and made me feel comfortable discussing my concerns. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment (which left me feeling blissful!) and returned home feeling noticeably different than before. I felt recharged, invigorated, and light on my feet, a bit spaced out, but in a positive way. Thank you, Monica.
I understand that Alternative Therapies may not be everyone's preference, but for those considering a Healing or Reflexology session for the first time, this is a great place to begin. As Smokey Robinson once said, "I second that emotion."

The customer service here is terrible, and the prices are too high for the poor quality of work you receive. I went in to have my gel nails soaked off for new ones with French tips. The technician couldn't do ombre or use a motorised file, and on top of that, they were rude with a bad attitude and no regard for customer service. They filed down my new nails (and even my skin!) so much that they looked like they were growing out, left polish all over my fingertips, took two hours, and I left feeling very unhappy and over £70 poorer. They were also disrespectful to other customers in front of me.About

Recently, my significant other got inked at this studio for their save the spider flash event and I was thoroughly pleased with the whole experience. He was tattooed by the incredibly skilled bee, whose energy was simply fantastic. She happily chatted with me throughout the session. The other artists here are also fantastic; they all produce exceptional work. I've recommended bee to numerous friends and family members. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they deliver. A perfect 10/10, thanks a lot, will be back soon! I had an extremely disappointing waxing session here. I was taken aback as I paid a substantial amount but the waxing felt hurried as it was their final appointment. The regrowth was unsatisfactory, all hair follicles were raised and ingrown. My acquaintance visited this week for a gel manicure and paid £45, yet several nails chipped within three days, it was a sloppy job. This is just a snippet of the numerous unsatisfactory experiences here, it's regrettable as I like to back local enterprises but I reckon it is substantially overpriced for subpar service.About

One of the few, if not the only place in London that caters to a single child for a pampering session. Brought my goddaughter here for her birthday treat and it was truly delightful. The staff were warm and welcoming, making her day truly special. I also had a treatment and it was a hassle-free experience.
