When paying £60 for the hour you expect a level of professionalism. The massage started good with good pressure, until he decided to make phone calls ordering fish and chips. It was late so the first time ordering food didn't bother me, however he used the phone several times after that, which left me frustrated. The effort seemed to dwindle at times between a rub and massage. A couple times he put a hot towel on me and left the room, after returning the last time after 5 mins with a hot towel on he tried to end the session. I complained and he gave me another 5 minutes of half effort. I left there feeling more annoyed than relaxed.
Some good points which I feel I should state, the bed was warm, the pressure in the beginning was very strong as i asked, and he was welcoming. Maybe when using the hot towel carry on the massage in another area and get off the phone.About

The results of the lash treatment were amazing and they lasted much longer than I anticipated. Sumi is a delightful individual who makes you feel right at home. I would wholeheartedly recommend getting your lashes done by her.

I would not personally suggest visiting this hair salon. Stama is composed, but the other individual working there is not. On my return visit, he was complaining, saying I should not apply hair cream before coming in and so on. I followed his advice and it was fine, but on my most recent visit, he accused me of using hair cream before coming in, which I did not. Another customer even confirmed that I had not applied any cream, as my hair would have appeared greasy. He then refused to style my hair, insisting that I wash out the supposed cream before he would proceed.
