Hello, my name is Lily and I had the wonderful opportunity to join the free group meditation sessions led by Mytchel on Saturday mornings. I also had a one-on-one Sekham Energy Balancing session with Mytchel and it was truly a transformative experience. I would easily give it a 5-star rating and more if possible. Mytchel is an incredibly skilled healer and his wisdom surpasses his years. I highly recommend his meditation sessions as he generously shares his knowledge and creates a space for participants to deeply engage in a high-quality meditation practice. I feel like I have found a new mentor in Mytchel. Thank you so much!
