I recently started my laser hair removal journey after 2 pregnancies. I had it done 5-6 years ago and now certain areas like legs and underarms have no hair growth at all! It's amazing. Restarting treatment on other body parts, had a patch test with Lucia who was very welcoming, treatment room was impeccably clean and she explained things in a professional yet friendly manner, always happy to answer questions. All the staff I've encountered, both in my previous appointments 5-6 years ago and now, are incredibly friendly and helpful. The clinic is maintained very well. I've been going to Shumailas for years and have never been disappointed with my results. My last appointment was a skin treatment by Maya and my face texture has never felt smoother. I observed no sanitization of the area after a client and was immediately asked to take a seat. I opted for eyebrow waxing, which initially didn't cause much discomfort. The service at Unique Nail Beauty on Debden High Street surpassed my expectations. In contrast, a previous experience at another salon left much to be desired.
