From the moment Alex arrived, the focus was on ensuring my comfort. It's evident that their passion lies in the realm of muscles and bones. Alex meticulously explained each step of the process, shared findings, and suggested activities to aid in my well-being. The session involved cupping, massage, a unique metal tool, and a soothing massage gun that effectively eased my knots. My back and shoulders feel relaxed, and I am surprisingly calm, which is rare for an anxious individual like myself. I will definitely book another session with Alex.
