Following a failed pull-up challenge at my local gym in July, my right shoulder has been immobile (frozen shoulder, I believe). The pain has been so intense that it disrupts my sleep regularly. Desperate for relief, I inquired at my gym for recommendations. Rachel's name was suggested. After a quick online search, I contacted her via email, and she managed to schedule me in on the same day. The 30-minute session cost £40, a sum I consider well spent. Today, my debut for Gel nails! Looked after by the charming Anita. Very welcoming and I am thrilled with my nails. The salon is impeccably clean and tidy and looks very contemporary and current. Both ladies were exceptionally professional and made me feel very welcome and not like it was my first visit.
