A fantastic setting - conveniently located near the town centre of Bury St. Edmunds yet removed from the commotion on market days. The premises are clean and inviting, with WiFi available during appointments. The stylists are exceptional, and I am truly delighted with my haircut. I always feel apprehensive when switching to a new hair salon and changing my hair colour, but with Neal and Wolf (the colour and hair products used), I had absolutely no worries. The colour is vibrant, and I experienced no sensitivity issues; my scalp did not sting and felt very soothed with no irritation. From the moment I walked in the door until I left the salon, my barber was fantastic 🥰 Alex was extremely attentive, courteous and went above and beyond for me! He even went out to fetch me some soy milk for my tea 🥹 (which was delicious!) Alex truly made me feel at ease, advised me on hair colours for my balayage, and even gave a delightful head massage. I can confidently say that the service here was the finest I have encountered in Bury St Edmunds.
