I used to be a frequent patron here, but not anymore. The escalating prices no longer seem justified, especially when the same therapists can be found at more affordable venues. The establishment itself is in desperate need of renovation and better soundproofing. The showers are dysfunctional, and the toilet flush is unreliable. Absolutely delightful experience! I rang on a whim, hoping for an available slot. Impressed by the decor, cleanliness, and style of the establishment. Staff were very welcoming, and the best haircut I've had in a while. Not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive outside of Bury town centre. Parking is convenient with side streets and the Wellington pub nearly opposite. Booking ahead is wise, but I only waited 10 minutes. I had my nails done yesterday, and already, one of the gel nails has detached from my thumb. They were done in just 20 minutes, a rushed job with uneven, thick, and lumpy results. One nail was cut so close to the skin that it bled and still hurts. I didn't mention it at the time, I just wanted to leave.
