Sarah pierced my son's ears last weekend, and she was excellent with him (6 years old), very patient, professional, and friendly. Highly recommended! I cannot fault any of the staff here; they are always so lovely even when it's busy. The shop is quite small, so it can get crowded at times, but they always have lots of beautiful items in stock! Each departure sees me adorned with a stunning set of nails that never fail to attract numerous compliments. I booked for a full body massage and have previously booked for the same treatment. When I attended this time, I asked the lady doing the massage whether it will cover my head. Having suffering with headaches I felt it'll help. She mentioned she is not trained in head massage or Indian head massage but will press my head during the massage. Afterwards when I went to the till to pay the lady at the till said we'll have to charge you £40 not the offer price of £35 as she pressed your head. I've had previous massages and the scalp has always been incorporated and here I had to pay an extra £5 which I feel was unfair or should have been discussed with me prior so I was aware of the extra charges.About

I used to be a frequent patron here, but not anymore. The escalating prices no longer seem justified, especially when the same therapists can be found at more affordable venues. The establishment itself is in desperate need of renovation and better soundproofing. The showers are dysfunctional, and the toilet flush is unreliable. Absolutely delightful experience! I rang on a whim, hoping for an available slot. Impressed by the decor, cleanliness, and style of the establishment. Staff were very welcoming, and the best haircut I've had in a while. Not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive outside of Bury town centre. Parking is convenient with side streets and the Wellington pub nearly opposite. Booking ahead is wise, but I only waited 10 minutes.
