I booked for a full body massage and have previously booked for the same treatment. When I attended this time, I asked the lady doing the massage whether it will cover my head. Having suffering with headaches I felt it'll help. She mentioned she is not trained in head massage or Indian head massage but will press my head during the massage. Afterwards when I went to the till to pay the lady at the till said we'll have to charge you £40 not the offer price of £35 as she pressed your head. I've had previous massages and the scalp has always been incorporated and here I had to pay an extra £5 which I feel was unfair or should have been discussed with me prior so I was aware of the extra charges.About

The establishment itself is in desperate need of renovation and better soundproofing. The showers are dysfunctional, and the toilet flush is unreliable.
