The waxing room appeared neglected, with old wax spilling over from the melter. Reusable applicators were used, leading to concerns about hygiene. Dim lighting made the process challenging, resulting in an unsatisfactory outcome resembling a half-plucked chicken. Upon returning home, I spent over 30 minutes individually removing leftover hairs. It became evident that most of my hair was broken, not pulled from the root, exacerbating my ingrown hair issue. Fiona's pleasant demeanor was the sole positive aspect. For those seeking cleanliness and quality, I strongly advise against this venue.
