During my initial visit, I had an Indian head massage and Reiki healing, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The firm, thorough massage with warm oil drizzled on my head and chest felt like pure enchantment. The neck stretches at the end, coupled with warm towels on my face and feet, were the ultimate gestures of care and precision.

I suspect this is their routine for all negative feedback. Hence, the validity of the "5-star" reviews, mostly from accounts with minimal reviews, is questionable! Twice I booked with Elle, but someone else did my lashes! Regardless of your booking, they'll assign you randomly!
