I am utterly dismayed by the service provided here. I attended a consultation for one procedure, but was coerced into opting for another (highly unethical). The initial cost skyrocketed from under a thousand to thousands, preying on my vulnerabilities to coax me into paying.
The post-treatment care was virtually non-existent. Despite my complaints, they only scheduled a follow-up appointment after much persistence, yet the reception team was unwelcoming and I endured over an hour's wait for the consultant. I had to leave as he didn't reach out until 10 PM!
When I requested the official complaints procedure, they flat out refused to disclose it.
Similarly, when I asked for my medical records, they denied my request.
I am now left with a botched procedure and a significant financial loss. Incredibly disheartening! Avoid this place.
