I'm disappointed with my fade and beard trim as both are uneven, and I was charged more than what other local hairdressers charge. I indulged in a full day of pampering which included the luxurious Moroccan mud steam treatment, access to the sauna and steam rooms, a serene relaxation area with a picturesque view, a delightful two-course lunch, and a rejuvenating full body massage. Right from the beginning, we received a very warm reception. We were shown to lockers stocked with robes, towels, and slippers. Maria Smith and her colleague were delightful and incredibly professional. They assisted us in planning our day and guided us seamlessly from one part of the experience to the next. The Moroccan steam treatment was truly invigorating. Maria's massage was the most exquisite I've had in a long while, and the ambiance was tranquil and soothing. I recently visited a salon in London for a haircut and pedicure. The service provided by Alex was exceptional. They were attentive, turned on the massage chair for me, and offered me a drink. However, upon returning home, I noticed that my hair, styled by Taylor, was not cut as I had requested. I had asked for a straight bob above my shoulders but the cut was uneven, with the back hair longer than the front. Additionally, the left side was longer than the right. During the pedicure, I specifically asked not to trim my toenails, yet I observed a change in shape and a dent in my big toenail on my right foot. While the haircut was discounted, I feel the quality was lacking.
