I tried to book my nails with Chloe. I rang multiple times and sent an Instagram DM, but received radio silence. I finally got a response, but the lack of communication should have been a red flag. I managed to book my nails and thought everything was fine. Then I saw a post from two days ago on Chloe’s Instagram saying she was closed on the day of my appointment and the next day. There was no communication letting me know my appointment was canceled. Despite paying £100 for the service, I had to repeatedly request for the haircut I desired. Additionally, I observed an elderly woman with a pixie cut being charged the same amount, even though she required minimal dye.
