Lovely manicure but a rather disappointing and impolite experience. Upon entering, an uncomfortable atmosphere was immediately noticeable. No greetings or inquiries about my appointment were made. The individual who tended to my nails (Leonne) seemed more engrossed in conversations with her colleagues, completely disregarding me. Upon seeing my short nails, necessary for my job, she displayed a disdainful expression and remarked, 'well, they're very short.' Only towards the end of the appointment did she display slight interest, inquiring if I had visited before. The entire duration felt uneasy, and I have no intention of revisiting. It appears to be a place where acknowledgment is reserved for regulars. Charlotte did an exceptional job on my hair, handling full head highlights for a challenging blonde shade. She went above and beyond to correct a previous mistake and her prices are very reasonable. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. I heartily endorse these lovely individuals. I arranged a private session for them to demonstrate how to care for my child's hair, and the wisdom I gained is beyond measure. I never imagined that brushing my child's hair could be painless and tear-free, but ever since visiting Glam Weave, it has been a joy. I had a very negative experience with the customer service at this salon. I visited for a gel polish on my toes over the weekend, only to discover upon returning home that the edges of my toenails were sloppily painted. Due to the salon being closed on Sunday and my work commitments on Monday, I could only return on Tuesday to address the issue. Instead of offering a simple apology and fixing the mistake, I was met with blame for not coming back sooner. The implication that I should have returned the next day was unreasonable, especially considering the practicalities of my schedule. Additionally, the fact that the gel polish deteriorated within a few days indicates a potential issue with the quality of their products. As evident in the photo, the final result was far from satisfactory, resembling a haphazard application of nail polish. Despite paying £100 for the service, I had to repeatedly request for the haircut I desired. Additionally, I observed an elderly woman with a pixie cut being charged the same amount, even though she required minimal dye.
