I had a very negative experience with the customer service at this salon. I visited for a gel polish on my toes over the weekend, only to discover upon returning home that the edges of my toenails were sloppily painted. Due to the salon being closed on Sunday and my work commitments on Monday, I could only return on Tuesday to address the issue. Instead of offering a simple apology and fixing the mistake, I was met with blame for not coming back sooner. The implication that I should have returned the next day was unreasonable, especially considering the practicalities of my schedule. Additionally, the fact that the gel polish deteriorated within a few days indicates a potential issue with the quality of their products. As evident in the photo, the final result was far from satisfactory, resembling a haphazard application of nail polish.
