Lovely manicure but a rather disappointing and impolite experience. Upon entering, an uncomfortable atmosphere was immediately noticeable. No greetings or inquiries about my appointment were made. The individual who tended to my nails (Leonne) seemed more engrossed in conversations with her colleagues, completely disregarding me. Upon seeing my short nails, necessary for my job, she displayed a disdainful expression and remarked, 'well, they're very short.' Only towards the end of the appointment did she display slight interest, inquiring if I had visited before. The entire duration felt uneasy, and I have no intention of revisiting. It appears to be a place where acknowledgment is reserved for regulars. Following the massage, I felt like a huge burden had been lifted off my shoulders (quite literally).
