This salon, established for years, is a gem. I purchased a gift voucher for a friend and was delighted to see it beautifully wrapped upon collection. With convenient car parking available, the owner also provides clear directions if you call ahead, as the postcode can be misleading. My friend just messaged me to express her sheer delight after receiving the best facial and hot stone massage EVER. I acquired the Hifu full face treatment via Groupon in October 2021. Booking an appointment was quite troublesome initially. After leaving numerous voicemails, I was eventually given an appointment. The appointment itself went smoothly. The clinic was pristine and pleasant. The staff were courteous and hospitable, and the procedure was explained in detail. Although they took their time during the treatment, I later discovered that my forehead area was not treated, despite it being part of the full face treatment. After the session, I was informed about the expected improvements in my skin over time and was invited for a follow-up appointment three months later. A reminder email was sent just a day before my follow-up appointment, but as I couldn't attend, I tried to reschedule via phone. However, I kept getting redirected to an automated message regardless of the time I called. I left several messages but have yet to receive a response to rearrange my appointment. The treatment had no discernible effect on my face, and I did not notice any improvement as the procedure promised. Not being offered another appointment for a top-up, which could potentially have been beneficial, was disappointing. I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor customer service, as the staff seem uninterested in answering calls or responding to messages. My child has received three piercings from Nixie, who has always been incredibly patient. Despite being autistic with selective mutism, Nixie takes the time to explain everything and allows my child to write down any questions.
