Unfortunately, the establishment did not meet my expectations for a professional massage service. I had booked a foot massage along with a relaxing back massage. Upon arrival, I requested to see the massage room as the reception area was unappealing with laundry drying and poor decor. The "therapist" had difficulty communicating in English, only saying "ok baby!" and had to call for translation assistance. After inspecting the room, which appeared more suitable, I proceeded with the massage. Despite informing them of my scent allergies, there was a lack of privacy and dignity until I was on the table and covered with a towel. The massage itself was far from relaxing, as the therapist applied excessive pressure, causing me to stop her multiple times due to discomfort. Feeling unsatisfied, I explained my initial request made during the booking call to the English-speaking individual, who informed me that if I wanted a foot massage, I would need to schedule another appointment. I went to this spot last Sunday for a trim and blow dry, I had an appointment with a senior stylist and paid £53 for choosing the senior stylist over the junior one as none of them appeared to be available at that time. However, the service was quite poor and disappointing.
