I went to this spot last Sunday for a trim and blow dry, I had an appointment with a senior stylist and paid £53 for choosing the senior stylist over the junior one as none of them appeared to be available at that time. However, the service was quite poor and disappointing. I've been a loyal customer at the Hair Lounge for a few years now following a friend's recommendation, and every visit has been fantastic. My hair is consistently dyed, cut, and styled exactly as I prefer. The staff are amazing, and the ambiance is warm and soothing. After much persuasion, I finally convinced my mum to give it a try today.
