I surprised my significant other with a pampering day here for her 30th birthday. When I initially called, the staff were incredibly accommodating. Although they didn't have the 4-hour slot I wanted, after explaining our situation, they offered us a treatment and full access to the pool, sauna, and gym facilities. My girlfriend absolutely loved this surprise. The staff and service were exceptional. Her treatments were top-notch, and she mentioned it was the most relaxing day she's had. A big thank you to the entire team for being so accommodating and giving my girlfriend a wonderful day.
