Had my nails done by this individual just before Christmas and recently had them removed. Exceptional quality and service. They are a seasoned nail technician who recently started their own business after years of experience in salons. They provided a great service at a reasonable price and even made me a coffee. Their meticulous approach to nail care stood out compared to my previous disappointing experience at a larger salon with rushed service and poor customer care. I had microblading done here with 2 touch-ups. Initially, it cost £399, but an additional £70 was charged because the brows were not symmetrical, which should have been rectified. There was no offer or indication of a refund. I reached out to Vicky four times, but my messages were ignored. I sought laser removal elsewhere and was informed that scarring may occur due to the microblading being too deep in my skin. This experience was truly disheartening as I paid £470 to enhance my brows, only to face additional expenses for laser removal. It is causing me distress, consuming more time, and impacting my confidence due to potential scarring and redness post-removal. I would prefer not to have undergone the procedure at all. It is quite distressing.
