In my observation, there seems to be only one individual or a pair working at any given time. When there's just one person, they appear exhausted and fatigued. The reception area is often unattended. I am uncertain how this establishment sustains its workforce since there are hardly any customers. The quality of the nail service is commendable, all credit to the two blonde individuals who excel at their job. However, it's evident that this business operates at a slow pace, and the employees appear worn out. Regularly visit Irina for SNS nails and I can't find a single fault with the service! Irina is professional, amiable, and the salon is pristine and welcoming.
