However, after trying out the innovative Neon Glow Lashes, I'm convinced they are the way to go. They maintain their volume and style for longer and are lightweight and comfortable. 2. The day after my haircut, I returned to the salon to provide feedback and request a refund for the wash service that I did not receive. I was informed that they could not refund me as that was the minimum charge. When I explained that I did not opt for a wash because a blow-dry was not offered, I was told that this was a miscommunication as they always provide blow-dries. However, this contradicted what their colleague had told me on the day of my appointment.
3. During my visit to the salon the next day, they did not offer to fix the mistake or address the unevenness of my hair, particularly the fringe.
